Is it possible to do?

Do you mean actually running the RTP, making the game playable, or do you want to run the program from a mac. I don't think it is possible to run the RTP, but if you use Wine, or Boot Camp Assistant, or even Crossover/Crossover Games it could be possible to run the actual program. Although, I believe that running VX using CG causes aa lot of crashes and I wouldn't do it if I were you.

I wanted to run the actual game on my friends Mac. I made one and wanted to give him a copy, so I was wondering if you could run the .exe or convert it to something else to run on his Mac. Can you help?

This sounds a bit too general for it to be within the RPG Maker XP section, plus it would also be beneficial to other engines so I'm moving this into the General Game Engines Discussion section.

As for searching I'd recommend doing a more general search than something specific to games, try something along the lines of 'running exe on mac' or 'running windows on a mac'.

laugh.gif thought it looked a bit odd, this is from almost a year ago now.
