There is 380 monters, 92 window skins, 1200 charcters, 53 battleback, 200 facesets etc...

I doubt he is but I'm gonna download them anyway and credit the makers myself in my game.

It's not very elohel worthy. Rooster is right, I'd hope that credit is shown somewhere.

I haven't asked permission but I have put the names of the creator in the charset and faceset and I'm still looking for the ones for the other.

P.S. If I ask all of them if I could use then it would take me a year there are so many creators

well, just find those you can and i'll use those... =D

Finish your game, submit it, request people to identify the creators of the resources they recognize. Post in your thread, that if someone has created these resources and are not credit to have the PM/Mail you and they'll be immediately added to the list (Or possibly patched into the game). Point is, I'd finish a game first and then worry about crediting people, either way great resource pack!

Personally I have never been asked permission for my works to be distributed in something like this and if asked my stance would be "fine, but give me credit on each individual piece". I doubt any of my work is in there but I bet at least one of the 2200 artists feels the same way. You should never assume that it's ok to repost someone elses work without credit.

Releasing a game and then asking other people to identify the creators of the resources is lazy and unprofessional.

I know what I'm doing is bad but it is good at the same time because i'm sure it is usefull for a lots of people. to be honest I really haited looking for ressources but with a Pack it would of been perfect. I'm the only personne who does this and I love it !!! Even if I don't ask if I can use them but I still put the credits that is all that count isn't it? Any way you can't stop me Hahaha
