Firstly I've got to say please don't save your work as .jpg it's not really recommended for RM, try using .png as it can be alot easier to work with.
Honestly as it stands I can't see anyone being able to work with these as they've got RPG Maker XP plastered across the image, there's two things I can think of to overcome this, you could post the background images by themselves for people to add text over and or include the original uncompressed image so people can edit the text to the name of their game.

Gallery where you can submit your title-screens and fogs there incase the files become broken from your host.
