This poll is to see what the RRR communities favorite battle system is.

I don't really know where this would belong but I know that it doesn't belong in the xp scripts form so I've moved this to the rmxp forum. As for your poll, I chose 'other' as I think there are few other battle systems that I'd rather choose then the other choices such as a frontal view RTAB that I'm using in my game.

I went with the ABS and the TBS because I actually enjoy seeing my players in action then just seeing there name and a random action occurs. With ABS, it makes it fell like and Final Fantasy game and the same with TBS with Final Fantasy Tactic Advance.

I agree with Bigace, with the addition of Real-time Battle System... Wait... What the heck is a Rice Field Battle System?

My fave is definetly Sideview Battle System Tankentai XP.

I've not used many custom battle scenes yet myself. But I've seen a few screenies of various ones.

I like the look of the Rice Field Battle System.

I really love playing ABS games, but I find them really hard to implement. I usually don't do battles in my games unless they are evented. Much like a punch out interface, where you can dodge, hit, etc.
So for play: ABS
For making games: None/Evented

Ya I'm just as confussed as you? What's the Rice Field Battle System? Everytime I hear it's name it makes me think of rice. Don't ask why, it just does.

there is an example of a Rice Field Battle System. I'm pretty sure they are sideview systems. If that's true, the maker should turn it to Side View and not Rice Field.
