I've been in the process of reworking some of the earlier stuff in my game, and I've come to find that for some reason or another, some of my old maps seem to have the ability to walk on bookcases and statues and stuff.. and I know with 110% when I first made them, this was not the case at all..

Has this ever happened to anyone before? How do you fix it? I tried about everything I could think of.. huh.gif

Thanks!

Check what the passability of the upper-layer tile you have is. If it's O or X it will override the passability of the bottom layer. You need to use * to have it check the lower level passability.
Dark Gaia
Make all blank upper layer tiles have an X passibility. The one you're using is passable. Change it. if it still doesn't work, check the passibility of the objects themselves.

That kind of makes sense.. I'll have to look at that. Thanks

Figured out what was going on with the bookcase.. I haven't got around to testing the rocks .. I'm guessing it's probably the same thing with the invisible upper level chips. (buggers) .. I'm kind of planning on redoing those maps at a later point anyway.. so.. I guess production continues. Thanks!
