OK! First pick out your picture. I chose Naruto.

now you need to open paint. (make a backup of your picture before starting)
click on the Select tool and highlight the first frame

then move it all the way to the left til you can't see it anymore

next highlight the whole picture with the Select tool

do the same thing again but don't move this one off the screen. leave a little space off the edge

after this, go to Attributes and make the image 96x192

now save your image and and RENAME it anything you want just make sure you put a '$' (dollar sign) in front of the name .:ex:. naruto > $naruto

EDIT: You may be asking yourself, "Why didn't he just put the characters is resources?". The answer to your question is....I'm lazy and that's too much freakin' work.
