Amateur Development Team Seeks Artist, Tilesets, Recolors, etc Options

Ok So I'm basically looking for an artist who can make or edit tilesets, that's the main thing I need. A couple +'s would be the ability to sprite characters or recolor existing ones, The ability to make full animations would also be great! However, I may be asking for too much with that last one... in any case, this team is working on a project that is still in infant stages, not too much is set in stone yet.
