Demo Gameplay Length
Short (1-3 hours)

Story
This game focuses on the Renaissance, a group of warriors set out to spread new views and ideals to the civilians of the Ecco Kingdom. Together, they must face a possible underground conspiracy within the Kingdom, and face the forces of the Ecco Army.

Characters
Arshes (15), Male: The naive yet determined young fighter from Maron Peak.
Basil (18), Male: The stubborn (rather thick-headed) lancer from the Ebonezas Mines.
Gloria (16), Female: The humble (sometimes hot-headed) cleric from the Malobius Province.
Hilda (12 going on 13), Female: The quiet, determined mage from the Lunaire Oasis.

Credits
This game is created, written and developed by Jeff May. All materials are taken from RPG Maker XP.

Features
The idea of this project is to make the most out of what the program itself is offering me (including the default names of the characters and monsters). Overall, there's nothing much that you haven't seen in other RPGs, but nonetheless, I do what I can to make the story interesting. As time passes, I gain more experience in creating effective scripts for the events, which started as creating copies of various maps whenever something changes, but soon enough I should get into the habit of simply moving each event to their own locations. The object of the game is to simply follow the storyline, but there is the town of Ecco, where you will have a chance to explore and open up certain sub-plots.

Progress
You might say that the game covers the first two "chapters" of the story. I was planning to also include the first "dungeon" to end the demo, but due to scheduling plans, I simply ended it after the second "chapter".

Known Issues
I have tested my game several times and have not encountered any errors or glitches. I will post a topic soon enough requesting confirmation of any errors/glitches with the gameplay and cutscenes, as well as anything in the writing that should be changed (such as character/location names and choice of words). I will admit, I am not the biggest expert on how medieval politics (or politics in general) work, so don't be surprised if anything written comes off as naive or uneducated.

I'm going to download and play because I know it sucks trying to get people to play and comment.

But I have to say, you don't have a lot here to pull people in. You should link the screenshots in a way so that I don't have to follow a link. Use the Image command located next to Bold, Italics, and Underline. You should also add more details about the characters. If you only have four, then they need to have personalities and be likeable.

Instead of harping on you, I'll play the game and see if you build character there. No promises the review will be up tonight though.

Your game is 0 bytes? You should look into that.
