Charset Testplay Problem, My NPC/Hero sprite graphics are cut off and have a colour boxes! Options

As you can see in the picture, this is my problem. I created custom sprites, saved them in the BMP, PNG file, I tried everything (using Paint + Ifran View/ Photoshop). Everytime I test my game, these weird boxes appear around all NPCs and Heroes. Not only that, the graphics are a little bit cut off, what makes the sprites appearence annoying. I really don't know how to fix that, and I hope someone can help me. It would be very kind of you...
