I'm Newbie here Options

Hello, I'm newbie on RRR, then somebody can explain me how it works?
I'm half confused, I came from mundorpgmaker, a brazilian forum and I am brazilian, my goals being here are:

1. Form a team and make a game

2. Help the community with my designing habilities, if some mod or director from RRR need a logo or other design for some kind of Announcement or other can PM me

3. Translate some games to portuguese expanding the players of games posted here.
I'd like to see the recruitment to forming a team topics, but I coudn't find it.

If you could, please don't send more than 10 big images at the same time, people have different internet connections here. Me for example, finds it hard to see all the images you were posting due to the huge number of images needed to be downloaded into my page...
