I was wondering if there is a way, with or without added scripting, to be able to equip more than one of a piece of equipment? An example would be equiping two or three accessories. I don't care if I have to get rid of the helmet or armor slot to do it either.

There are lots of scripts which enable this feature (i.e. more than 4 armor slots).
Try this one:

Guillaume777's Multi-Equip script
