Game Network, An idea Options

I was thinking once again...... I do that alot I guess.
I'm not sure how to put this... I was thinking about building a network, maybe a download network, sort of like steam, you download the client, in the client you can view games made by anyone, RM games, the client will contain the rtp of all the engines so there wont be any rtp problems. We could even put the Map packs and scripts we build inside the view able tab, just like an organised list. I think finding games to play, and resources would be much much easier to find that way.
