Forum Teams, an idea Options

So I did a basic search and didn't find anything when I searched "forum teams". I was wondering, does R3 have an event where the forum has a few teams and then builds a game and a few selected judges judges the games?

Actually we have several staff members and mods that are experts at running contests. As far as teams go, I think we should allow people to form teams of up to four, but as small as just one if they want. They can decide who does what role and spread the work out. I realize varying team sizes may seem like an advantage for some, but there are drawbacks to larger teams too.
