I need some help... i don't know if i do good by posting it here, but im in such a hurry u.u

Can anyone combine those Icon sets for me...?

Also ZarroTsu is actually right. You can just the icon sets together. GIMP and as Zarro said Paint.Net

A simple look on google would assist you in finding tools and advice you'll need smile.gif
