Hi, I hope I'm not OT but... In my game I wanna to create a future city, full of lights and shining stuff but... where can I start from? I have only some spotted idea... I mean, I can take a Tileset, then erase some pixels and leave them transparent. Then, changing the hue of the panorama the city could have that shining effect but it uses an great amount of RAM...
