How to become an art staff member?

Level Up! Group: Revolutionary Posts: 300 Type: Artist RM Skill: Beginner	Ok I know that I ain't no good compared to the art staff here and I mean whoa are they good, but lets say I was amazing good like the art staff what would I have to do to become one? I would be so honored to become a member of the art staff of this site. I know this isnt one of the more popular sites but I will say this is my favorite I have ever been on just because of there are so many awesome and kind people on this site unlike the others. So if some one could please tell me or what level I should be at that would be truly wonderful and exciting knowing I have a chance of becoming an art staff member. __________________________ My games.
