Precise movement script, For XP Options

Hello guys, I'm in the dire need for a script that will allow an event to properly navigate it's movements toward the player without it getting stumped behind objects or occasionally walking in the wrong dirrection like the custom follow player option does.

This is for XP and I hope I can get some help with this, it's much appreciated
