Set Move Route Turning Problem Options

Hey all...
I only tend to turn to forums in a crisis, and this certainly is one.
Whilst working on my game I've discovered that for some strange, strange reason, turning under Set Move Route just does not work at all. I thought it was limited to my current project which uses a lot of events to create an elaborate control system, so I tried it in a blank project, and it STILL doesn't work.
It's really, really frustrating me because I have no idea what is causing it.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
