RPG Maker XP messed up my map in the game, When I test the map I made, it doesn't work Options

I've got a problem with RPG Maker XP. I made a map in RPG Maker, but when I start the game, half of the stuff I put in the map doesn't show up. I don't know what went wrong(I don't work with XP so much, most of the time I use VX). In the pictures you can see what I mean(Pictures are the attachments).

I hope someone can help me.
