[REQ]Simple 1 Man CMS Options

So I've been trying to edit the menu script to make it like this, but I don't have good editing skills anymore
Here's what I need:

A menu system that only displays one character. It only shows the character's name, sprite (charset) and the character's Health (which I am calling Health, not HP). The only options to choose from should be Item, Save, Load (which would enable you to load a different game), and End Game. It should still show the Play Time, Step Count, and Money. You can arrange them in any order you would like! I just need this :3
It would also be awesome if you could make the background transparent instead of just black
