Executing a RB file

Level Up! Group: Revolutionary Posts: 299 Type: Artist RM Skill: Beginner	I was trying to use a script I downloaded from here, http://ramirormvxa.wordpress.com/scripts/r...eration-skills/ but its a RB file or something and I can't open it if someone could open it and give the script or tell me how to it would be nice, because i am lost. __________________________ My games.
