So like I wrote this story for Ghost Shards awhile ago, but I don't really remember actually writing it. O_oa Hmmmm...

Chapter One

The lights dimmed as a young girl of about sixteen walked upon a wooden stage. Every sound in the room slowly came to a halt, as her sweet smile brightened the crowded bar. Deep inside she was shaking with fear - a feeling that became worse as her lips parted, creating a melodic sound throughout the chilly night air. Her voice was soft, yet powerful.

When the sound faded, there was a long silence before the patrons began to clap joyously at the performance. The girl grinned, tucking her curly azure hair behind her pointed ears. Perking up, she saw the sudden movement of shadows in the background. She tilted her head in confusion, watching the figures leave the lodge. She stepped off the stage, quick to follow her curiosity.

Opening the side entrance of the inn, her search became hopeless. A deep, soft blanket of snow covered the peaceful village of Evertear. With no leads on the mysterious figures, the girl headed home.

A story involving Corinne Rautio, a young pixie/demon moving to the Royal City of Launus to gain an exciting life in the city. She later becomes the lover of Prince Alyster Natheen-Valena - until she discovers he's into Necromancy.

While traveling the broad ocean in search of a cure for his voiceless sister, Seiko Quartz's ship is attacked by sea raiders. Along with the pirate captain's daughter, the two of them are stranded upon an island with no hope of returning home... soon.

+ Holy Mending – Hastens the regeneration of wounds through touch.
+ Repel Evil – Knocks back any undead, demon, or dark person within a certain range.

Personality:
Despite living a life of poverty, and then losing her mother, Lielle tends to always look on the Brightside of things. Lielle can be considered serious to a fault, in which she does not like to joke around – even if to lighten the mood. She has a tendency to take care of those in need, even if they try to push her away for their own reasons. Her greatest goal is to use her powers for good, even if they are feared in some ways.

History:
The daughter of a basket-weaver, Lielle never really got to know her father; even though her mother used to tell her stories. According to her, he was a powerful Elven wizard that was merely traveling through their small hamlet of Thornhill. Whenever Lielle would ask the other villagers about him, they would claim he was an evil demon in disguise. Instead of scaring her off, though, she became all the more curious about who she was and her history.

Upon reaching the tender age of 18, she went on a pilgrimage to become a full-fledged Sister in the royal city's cathedral. While being an under-study, she wrote to her mother every week, and at first she got a letter back each time; yet as the months continued, she received less and less. Something was wrong. Lielle hurried back home to Thornhill to find her mother severely ill with a powerful sickness even she could not cure. Lielle tended to her mother until she died.

Lielle did not give up hope, however, as she still had one known relative left in life: her father. Was he really just a sorcerer? Where would he be? Gathering clues led her to the castle, to one of the highest ranking men available: an arch-mage named Aylmer Brezen. What she learned not only surprised her, but in fact, it made her happier. Her father was nothing more than a powerful old man.
