The World of Nelder'ah v1.1

Story
The World of Nelder'ah is the story of the young boy Richard, whose life changed over night when his family gets visited by a relative on the run. Nelder'ah is ruled by the fierce king Tyrion. Tyrion is abusive of his powers and is often taking out his anger on citizens of Nelder'ah. Rebel movements are starting to from and the forces opposing the king is increasing. Tyrion has become aware that there is a traitor behind his castle walls, his trusted friend and general, Iroh. Tyrion is now trying to exterminate Iroh and his beloved ones.
Richard, who is Iroh's nephew is the only survivor of invasion, is now being raised by Iroh's closest assistant Haron. Richard is trained by Haron to wield the blade and prepare him for the future. His future consists only of one thing namely, revenge!
Characters
Richard: The main character who wants to avenge the evil king Tyrion. He is arrogant to strangers who he thinks has a connection to Tyrion, but is friendly in most cases to other strangers. He is also a bit simple-minded, but he is determined to do what he thinks is right for his friends and his own.
Aimi: A thief who has a bone to pick with the king, but the reason is unknown. She is quite bumptious and likes to tease Richard. She joins him early in the game and is backing up Richard when he is in a pinch.
Charles: The leader of the rebellion against the evil king. He is a wise magician who does whatever it takes to free the country from the iron claws of the king. When he discover that Richard and Aimi is determined to defeat the evil king, he let them join the rebel group.
Lex: Evil king Tyrion's personal priest. He is against the king because of his brutality and follows Richard and Aimi on their adventure to defeat him. He uses his healing and defensive abilities to aid his new friends.
Iroh: King Tyrion's general and Richard's uncle. He is against the king's way to treat his people and becomes a human target when he stands up to him.
Haron: The general's loyal assistant and best friend. He prepares his best friend's nephew, Richard, for his dangerous adventure with five years of hard training.
Tyrion: The main villain of the game. An evil king who exploit his people to his own advantage. People are talking about his fearsome dark powers, but nobody knows for sure if the rumors are true.
Development
After many suggestions and brain-storming about our school project for the final year in upper secondary school, we came up with the idea of developing a video/computer game, and RPG maker VX was the engine we chose. We started this project October 13th, 2011 and finished it May 11th, 2012. The scheduling and organization for the project was horrible, and many nights were sacrificed in order to make progress, but we made it in time.
