Jet's mouse script

1. When I reset the game (F12) the mouse cursor is disposed and causes problems.

2. Setting ALLOW_MOUSE_MOVEMENT to false doesn't seem to prevent me from moving the character with mouse (clicking on tiles)

Any solutions to these?
