Every time I download a sprite sheet, it's usaully in this neon blue or greenish blue color. So now I have been trying to make battle animations, but every time I do, the background color is there...? So...what do I do?

I am overall outstanding. Not trying to brag, but I'm pretty awesome.
I am currently making my first dbz rpg, which will be in a trilogy. (Freiza, Cell, Kid Buu... but in one game), preceeding my dbgt trilogy, which i am still questioning on making. It would be nice though, since I already have SSJ4 Gogeta, Goku, and Vegeta(and some others ;D). I need help with battle animations, so please pm. (My game banner is not ready yet.)
