KGC Large Party script Options

Hello there fellow RPG Makers c:

So, the issue I am having is this. The scripts I have installed work, to an extent. I get no errors or anything like that, but something that still wont work would be the KGC Large Party script. For the game I am making I want to have a 6 man battle party, but when I changed the settings needed for this to work (following the guides i dug up from the web and Mr. Bubbles post here --> http://www.rpgmakervx.net/index.php?showtopic=3781 <--) I am still unable to get this to work. Any help will be amazing and if you need me to provide more details please let me know.

**UPDATE**
Ok now I have it working, but now I get an error on line 1745 of the ATB (1.2c) script saying NoMethodError occurred. undefined method '[]' for nil:NilClass. Since I am not a scripter (but i do know how to use them, so not a total noob) I havent a clue what causes this.
