Hi I'm wanting a special type of battle system for my new game but I'm rubbish at scripting could anyone help me.

I am wanting to see playable characters like this: http://rpgex.sakura.ne.jp/home/img/024.jpg
From the back.

And also have the faces and hp and mp bars like: http://yamiworld.files.wordpress.com/2011/12/popup-yea1.png

Could anyone help me?
