Anyone can post in this thread to talk about their new, upcoming game (or even an old, existing one) with screenshots, links, a synopsis, feature list, etc. You can even put a recruitment list in your post.
No particular content is required, since it's up to any person how well they hype their game and no concern of ours.

Replies can be any nice thing you want to say about a game or just hyping your own game. Some rules are you can't post your game more than once within 30 posts. You cannot slander games here either. You should stick to advertising your own games, and not a stranger's or we may get multiple posts for the same game.

It should be pretty obvious courtesy though not to spam the topic with your game and is obviously not tolerable. These are pretty much common sense rules.

The concept for my game 'Welcome to The Reset' was originally supposed to be an idea for a book I was going to write. The book however took place in real life, and would explain the meaning of life from my perspective and how to be grateful for everything you have.
However the idea of "The Reset" remains the same, just with a more fantasy-like-RPG-twist, because this is an RPG game.
I'm a huge gamer, and really like games that make you reflect on yourself or think really hard, Silent Hill is a good example.

Going on with this, the game has multiple endings based on very few of your choices. It's hard to create a large amount of choices that effect each other, because doing this gives many different endings which means a very diverse range of impressions on your game, good and bad.

The game is based around the protagonist (Obviously), who had been revived, or even created, at the beginning of the game. The people you meet along the way are one of each class in the game. However, to get strong powers in this world you need to enter into a Covenant with a God. If you break that Covenant, you are banished to The Rift, an inescapable never-ending area, where you will die slowly from starvation.

Though, the people you meet seem to have all abandoned their Covenants, and you too are on the run, as you have no idea what your own Covenant is. Although you can be the same class as the other characters, you have obtained your powers in a somewhat artificial way.

The phenomenon of The Reset is revealed about 90% into the game, where the character will make the decision that determines the outcome of the ending, and the protagonists (and his allies') fate.

This game may become a large budget *real* game, when I work my way into the business once I'm done with my programming education. But for now, this stands as somewhat of a template, although it will definitely be a full game, rich in design and effort.

As a musician as well, I have hand picked only the best music for each area. It is rare to find the same song play twice.
