Too vague. What is Plant Tycoon? What is exactly a Random Customer? Please detail exactly what you're looking to achieve.

i mean, i want to make shop game, who player sell his/her item in his/her house (for example),, so what must i do for random customer come to buy,, like this :

customers come and buy/not, but may be i will make 3 or 5 customer come.

i only can make they buy unrandomly,, can you solve my problem?

Seems to me that you shouldn't want customers buying randomly. Tycoon games usually have a sort of correlation of higher quality=increased purchases (besides other factors such as price). The whole purpose then is to choose what products to buy when according to your budget and how much/how fast you can move them.
If all customers are buying randomly all the way throughout the game theres no way to control whether you win or lose, and there's also no real progress as you could charge a penny for a ruby or a million for some feaces and the outcome would be the same.

Therefore I'd suggest creating a customer base using variables where if certain conditions (x item going for approximately x amount) are met then they buy the product. Alter the required parameters of each individual (looking for different items, willing to pay different amounts) and there you have your 'random' customers
