Inside your troops tab in the database Make a variable that sets each type of monster to a designated number, then just use that number when ur sending the monster back to the ranch, if you have more than one monster in the troop, your going to have to probably use 2 variables, this sounds like its kind of complex :X. and it will get repetitive, that's one of the downfalls of eventing, u can only do so much before scripting needs to come in

Oh This I know Very well, Hence why I am TRYING to pick up scripting. Ruby is just not a language I can learn easily, Sure I have looked within the script and know a few simple things, like how to move the box at the start on the title screen (Play, Continue, info), but other then that, it's all mambo jumbo.
Thanks for replying though, I'll take a look into what you said... Troops tab, Assign variable, repeat.
I bet I'm just missing something, I'll make a different save game and test it out on that before putting it in a solid play frame. RPG maker is not as easy as it sounds when trying to make a Unique game XD.
Edit:
I have FINNALLY found out what to do... I think I am going to make a tutorial on this actually with pictures and what not to walk people through. The taming skill without a script is actually quite easy when I got down to it, just includes a lot of variables to the amount of monsters you want to tame. The only problem with what I am doing is that every single troop needs to be single, so I will be uping the damage and time it takes to knock em out to make it more challenging. I think I know how to change the single troop thing as well. Further testing and I will be sure. Thanks so much lilcooldude69 for bringing up the troop tab, probably would have never touched the darn thing except for building my enemy teams later on.
