i been here since like 09, and ive never seen a section(or some type of way) to say that we are available for work, I dont wanna just post that anywhere, so my suggestion was maybe you guys could add something like [AVAIL] into the submission forum or sumthing so if people that are recruiting want to recruit somone they don't have to post about it they can just search somone in the section instead. just a thought :X.

You cant do that because people dont stay Available for long, or even at all, there are many ppl on the recruitment thread that will say they will help one day and they will NEVER be heard from again on this site lol, its a sad mess but thats how it works most of the time. You have a good idea but its not practical at all and would only be used in a perfect world which this is not.

Since 2009 and maybe even before - we have had a recruitment forum-this where you can either show you are available for hire or to recruit staff, that is all it is for so it is easy to navigate

We have a "For hire" button to use as well. just click on the recruitment tag at the top and read the rules before submitting.
