I been playing The Legend of Dragoon, another game I haven't finished due to my inexperience and lack of interest whenever I run into a tough boss back then. I think it was on disc 3 when I had to fight that white hair man, and I think he had a dragon with him. Can't remember, but don't tell me. I want to re-remember all the epicness.. and the hard fights that made me rage quit.
I feel I can do it this time. Eye of the tiger nerd!
I have to say legend of dragoon was one of my favourites as I was growing up. Coming back to (recently actually) I find I enjoy it even more than I did then. Besides Zelda and FF it was one of my first rpgs I really played. So thats awesome, youll love the 4th disc, Ive beaten it 3 times now and I consider the last disc to be were legend of dragoon really begin's.
Currently I'm jumping back and forth between Phantasy Star 2 and Skyrim. Skyrim doesn't need to be elaborated on, just go play it and you'll know the epicness. Phantasy Star 2 is now one of my new favorites, its tougher than most rpg's even today and that makes me really happy. I just got the Ski-doo boat thingy and Im currently trying to find the special tree leaves to make the gum that lets you breath underwater... ooooooooo, dam now I gotta go play it.

Is Atlus really changing anything with Megaten? Because the Aeria Games version wasnt exactly... y'know, the bee's knees and all that. It was good but it had problems. PERILOUS PROBLEMS!
For one thing, you walk so slow without one of those speed up items or a mount. And leveling up takes forever after a while, especially since I'm casual with pretty much every MMO. So yeah.
Any idea if anything is new with the Atlus Megaten?

As far as I know just the server changing hands, however there might be some new demons since Aeria said there was some they couldn't release due to not having a license for them (Lucifer anyone?)
Finally. I'm playing Repulse, pretty good fps, similar to Unreal Tournament. Uploaded some gameplay here:

Anyone know of any good MMO games? Something really easy to get into. Something that will run well of crappy laptops and has a lot of indepth crafting. And free. And probably obscure too, I search for free games a lot.
The only online games I'm playing now are Stronghold Kingdoms which I play for like 10 minutes a few times a day and Dead Frontier which I only really player every so often with a friend. I could do something productive instead, but thats wishful thinking.

I always rave about Spiral Knights (because I love it so much, lol). =D You could try it out if you haven't; it's free, simple set-up and start-up, active player base, doesn't take up as much time as games similar to WoW, and best of all... I'm there and play fairly often!

Flyff. Probably the best free 'WoW clone' around. Takes lots of grinding at later levels (like days for a level) but there's plenty of other stuff to do. Sadly the newest server seems dead, I dno if its just because everyone's committed to their old accounts. They've been doing a lot of events recently (like increased drops and xp) and the newest version is incredibly n00b friendly (I reached lvl 50 in a couple of days).
There was also a really good glitch abuse game I loved called Gunz. The idea of making glitch abuse a selling point just shows how innovative it was, and successfully managing stuff like infinite wallruns and flying becomes fun in itself (and hilarious at early levels when everyone thinks you're hacking xD). If you do decide to give this game a go I recommend googling 'D style' (schools of thought for various methods of glitch abuse eventually developed, D style is for stunlocking and damn near everyone goes for K style, so its either be better or be different)

Been playing through Persona 3 Portable. I never actually had the chance to try it out, but I'm liking it so far. Not to keen on the new method of traveling outside the Tartarus, I prefered walking around to all those menus, but it's a minor issue.
I only have one thing to say...
What they tell you: "You and Junpei each recieved 5000 Yen!" What they don't tell you: "...But you still only recieved 5000 Yen and have to use it to buy equipment for everyone."

I've actually played all 3 of these. Spiral Knights I played like 60 something hours worth, not bad. I unoffcially quit it a couple of months ago. My friend recently quit and made more than £100 worth of games by selling everything. I should do the same.
I might try Flyff again, I didnt play too much of it before and enjoyed the short time I did play it. Although. What is the crafting like? I hope it has some crafting stuff.

If you're quitting the game, let me know what you have because I might be interested in buying things. ^^ I'll send you a PM in case you don't read this topic again. XD

Yeah it really peaks when you hit lvl 60 and get your second class, sadly thats when you either need to be really rich or really dedicated to keep building your character.
Craftings pretty straightforward, but there are a couple of different methods; Plain old upgrading (using sun/moonstones) gives improved stats. Elemental upgrading (using cards) gives an elemental stat, this is strong or weak depending on what your versing. Piercing (using cards) gives various stats depending on what you use. Awakening (using scrolls) gives random stats. You can also make ultimate weapons out of +10 weapons. There's also something called 'Baruna' upgrading but I think you need to be a really high lvl and I'm not 100% on it. The cool thing is you can do 'em all on the same item multiple times for sick armor/weps (after +3 they also go all glowy that just keeps looking more and more awesome as it improves).
The bad thing about upgrading is to prevent getting negative stats and even losing your wep you need CS items. You can buy them from other players ingame but in my experience its better to just buy upgraded equipment.
Anyways PM me if you decide to join the new server I'll give you buffs and help you out with quests and stuff if you like =] (I'm mostly just merchanting on it these days anyways)

Playing a lot more Persona 3 Portable. I'm getting used to the graphic-novel style of the game. It's pretty fitting for a PSP game, and all the features from Persona 4 make up for the changes.
Currently making a Tam Lin, it's Lv.20 and has a fairly nice skillset.
With a cozy 27 endurance to help survivability. Hoping to eventually swap Rakukaja or Sharp Student out for Magaru, and possibly Spell Master. Probably gonna hold off on that, though, as I'm eventually going to re-fuse it and try for Null Dark. Tam Lin has Null Light by default(and no weaknesses!), so that would stop all those nasty Hama and Mudo spells they like throwing in later. True, they can be countered with a Homunculus, but this would be far more convenient. I'll probably level a Gabriel for a Mediarama card when I can fuse one. No weaknesses, 4 element spells, null hama/mudo and good party healing. Probably not my endgame Persona, but good all-around.
Might replace Regen and/or Invig later, too, as while they're useful right now, I'll have better uses for those spots later.

Currently playing: 1. Minecraft for PC(I like the games where you have to build, create and hunt to survive ) 2. Pokemon Diamond and Pearl for Nintendo DS 3. Inotia 3: Children of Carnia (a really cool RPG game for android phones )
BTW, who hasn't tried these games, I suggest give it a try, I'm sure you'll like at least 1 of the above.
P.S. How could I forget to say that my favorite game is FF1?!
Have a nice day, ~Kali3

Bump. Because it's been a while and I'm sure we're playing different things by now.
Me: Final Fantasy IV: The After Years for PSP. Anyone who has a PSP should get the FF4 Ultimate Collection, even if you've already played the hundred other remakes of the game - this one is the best.
Gravity Rush- Just roaming through Hekseville after finishing the game, trying to get gold on all challenges and stuff. Of course, that's not gonna happen, anytime soon. And Harvest Moon: Tales of Two Towns xD because I've always wanted to play a Harvest Moon game.

I have never been so scared... This is a indie game that I downloaded for PC. If you watched Doctor Who and thought those Weeping Angels were scary in that show... Try playing a game based on something like that, chasing you through a dark building. You have to watch out for smoke to keep your eyes open, and you have a blink meter.
The point of the game is to survive and make it out. Doing that, you have to keep eye contact with the monster. If you blink or turn away, it snaps your neck. I'm not a horror fan and the game had me jumping out the chair a few times. The music that plays when it appears in front of me will hunt me...

I know that could seem anachronistic, but I'm playing Final Fantasy VII on PS1 for the first time ever. A good friend of mine lent it to me a month ago and now I'm playing it just some evening at week.
I'm currently at Sapphire's weapon attack to Junon
Anyway, I'm also playing FF Dissidia on PSP and Soul Calibur: Broken Destiny, also on PSP.

Mmm, Sonic Battle actually. XD I like the art style they used, and it's so much fun making your robot a tank. I always make my robot Tails' themed, because his attacks are so cool + he is cute, lol.
Also, Tales of Graces with my sister. And yea! You should try Harvest Moon; it's a lot of fun. : )
