We don't provide the download for RPG Maker 2000, and I'm pretty sure it isn't possible to get a legal version of it any longer (i.e. I cannot provide you with a link to download the software). =]

I just downloaded a fan game that was created using rpg 2000, does this mean that I can't play it? When I try tp open it I get a message saying that I must download rtpe.exe. What does that mean?
