Flood Control, ._. Options

If you click on a member's name and it says "View Member's Posts" or "View Member's Topics" and all that jazz and you click on either one of those, it brings me to a board error message saying something about flood control. I used to be able to do it without the annoying error, but now I can't view a member's overall topics/posts.

Is there anyway to fix this?

Well I've done another check, and all of the settings and such are working fine (testing member groups seemed to work as well without problems).
If tossing out your cookies doesn't work, then you might want to switch browsers.
