The Legend of the Philosopher's Stone Part I and Part II (demo) Options

For some reason when I downloaded it, extracted it and then looked at the main folder. There was some folders missing like, from what I can remember, the pictures folder, the RTP.exe thing and all the other main playing file that are needed and one other file that I can't remember. What the hell happend? Is the download screwed or was it screwed when it was downloading?? Anyone have any ideas to what happen and how to fix??

I suggest you try download it again. Check if the .zip file you downloaded was 31.3 MB, and that you are downloading it from our site, not his link.

I've been looking for this for awhile, since VX was released no reason for me to stick to GM for RPG's (never liked XP in all honesty).

No need for spam, I was gone for about a year, since I hated XP and was waiting for VX I used GM in the mean time.

Hmm, I replied to this thread a while back, but on the subject what really impressed me was the battle menu. It was
quite new at the time and I remember actually making a 2k3 game using the very same one. Infact I extracted alot
of ideas from this game alone. Probably ranks as my top 2k3 game 2nd is Ara Fell...can't wait for the XP version !

I remember playing this game awhile back. After playing it I tried to mimick the CBS (y'know, for fun). For the most part it worked, except for the charge time

This is amazing. everything from the maps to the battles to your choice of music to include.
I especially like the battles, they're fun to watch, and amazing.

I love it!

EDIT: I got a glitch when playing, when I chose 'escape', the character went to run away, and he kept running on the spot, I could then do nothing but close the game.

Oh wow.

OH WOW.

This makes me wanna work on my RM2k3 game that has a CBS and CMS... but it looks so daunting. ><;

I've encountered an odd bug, but with BENIFITS.

I swapped Farris for Cristy, and went for another shot at the Fore Guardian boss, and discovered two things.

One, her Flame spell, as well as Kris' Attack rasising skill had deequiped themselves. It appears when characters are moved out of the party their skills are uneqipped.
Two, she had two new ones out of nowhere.

Ice Crystal and Restore. They're obviously not meant to be there as I loose them completely if I "Remove" them. When I swap her back out of the party and alter someone's skills who replaces her, she also looses the skills - and once again has her skills reset (though that'll be a system thing.)

So... somewhere something taught her those skills. Probably to easily test that boss there. ^^

So the download on the page... it is only Part 1 Revamped? Damn... So I can take Part 1 Revamped save (Mistakenly got Revamped II thinking it was part two.) and put it in this to get to Part 2?

ACK! Game crashed... Uh... it says it was missing an Image file... Water Bubble 1 or something... I forgot to grab a screen. It was in the Naris Pass, anyone else run into this?

this game is pretty kickass, i love how you made the battle system, its turned based but it depends on what you use that determines how long it will take until the chars next turn, i also love how you real world personalities into it too

oh btw i was only able to play part one, where is part two? or at least the demo of it
