I believe this would be the right section to post this since there isn't any other section for website content....

I think about six months ago I posted under recruitment, but no one ever responded because of a lack of set-in-stone things that I needed. Well since then I've done more with the game and have gone through and made a list of things I want from the artist I'm looking for, though it's not completely set-in-stone it is somewhat extensive and informational. Anyways, since it's been so long since the last post and the place has not been filled, would it be best to start a new topic to avoid necro-posting, or perhaps post on the same topic with permission?
