heh heh yeah I got ya, but here's one to help with the hands.
A preview ^^
I decided to post a sketch of my 5th paperchild. I wanted to color it digitally this time and of course cut it out like I usually do. I think this is my best paperchild so far. Very happy with this one. ^^ This isn't the final version as I still need to fix a few things, but I just wanted to get it out there.
It looks like your work is getting a lot cleaner, its nice to see a real artist posting in the art threads, its been kinda bare lately.
oh wow Thank you very much! ^^
I'm actually surprised, though I thought this section was pretty active. ^^; Sad to say I haven't been online here as much either...
When I think active I always think back to the old days so im a bit hard to plz lol. I always enjoy viewing art here but even more so when it fits my taste.

I'm guessing there was quite a variety of styles to look at. Regardless, there are quite a lot of great artists; I'm glad to have gotten the chance to check out their galleries too.

Oh it used to be a blast, the sad thing was I wasnt much of a artist back then so I couldnt fully appreciate all the art posted back then but I did enjoy it. Now days I have to be picky for some reason. I really like your work cause it has a theme to it, the fox/cat ppl is interesting, I just post random stuff but I wish I could focus on just one theme like your doing.

This one looks great, and the comedy is still fresh, so great job there.
Also, you named him Alan Walker? As in... D.GrayMan? ♥
Thanks and I've actually never heard of D.GreyMan until now, actually. Wow such a close coincidence in the name.. ^^;

Yeah I focus more on anthropomorphic characters; they're so much fun to draw. ^^ you know, I don't think I've seen your art yet. D:

Not bad. The reference is pretty good, regardless that the eye is a little low.
As for the the no reference, it's not bad and the body proportions are good and I also love the feeling of the clothing, try to focus more on the face too. Nicely done though. ^^

Well...actually all I use for drawing is a standard .5mm lead pencil and pencil tip eraser. As for shading, I don't tend to shade in my sketches as I use gimp to do that for me, so sadly I can't really help on that, sorry... ^^;
