Personal Photo problems Options

This is really bugging the hell out of me. It did all the time back when I was here before. I'm trying to change my personal photo. I meet the requirements and it goes thorugh on the page, but the second I go to a differnt page or go back to my profile, it changes back to the original instead of the new one. Originally it didn't meet the requirements, cause I thought it would resize. Same thing. It went through at first, but when I get on a new page, changes back to the original. I resized the image in Paint and then tried uploading it. Once again, it went through at first but when I changed the page guess what? It went back to the original, except this time it was resized to the size I had the one I uploaded.

Please help me get this fixed or an explanation It is really bugging me.

If the new personal photo you want to upload is the two weird animals with a purple background, it worked, and you just need to hard refresh your browser (CTRL + F5) because the cache picks up the old one.

Oh......well someone doesn't know Pokemon ^^ That's an Umbreon and Espeon, and they are mine and my gf's OCs
