The souba region: A land where trainers gather from all over the world to test they're skills against the mighty Gym leaders and elite 4, in
pokemon battles. Rumors say that pokemon gather from all over the world gather in souba, Making it the best place to
Study pokemon in the world! Of course, this is not a region of peace and love. The region's threat: Team Ragnarok, steal pokemon
from people and pokemon centers. While the Pokepolice do what they can to solve the problem, Ragnarok is only getting stronger!
Pokepolice recruits are training everyday to help the Souba region. But, even team Ragnarok doesn't stop the regions trainers
from going on quests to become Pokemon masters. There are many people in the souba region...What kind of person are you like?
Your quest starts here....After you sign up, of course...

-Occupations Choices: Trainer: Newbie/Region Trainer(Kanto Sinnoh, ect.) - Pokepolice Recruit - Gym Leader (See "Gym leaders" further down..) Elite 4 (See "Elite 4" further down..)
Team Ragnarok Grunt - Team Ragnarok commander (See "Commanders" further down.) Team Ragnarok Boss (See "Boss" Further down.)
NOTE: All char's (Not Ragnarok boss/Commanders/Grunts) Must start in the small city of Damacy. Region trainers start by getting off the boat.
Newbies start by going to the Prof (Prof.Peaches) For a pokemon.

Pokemon from any region may be used.

It seems people are being gathering into Damacy...The future is Unknown...

Attire: White T shirt with a red jacket, blue jeans, Black belt. White shoes
Accessories: Small locket that hangs around his neck

Disposition: Shy, Slightly Rude, Smart.
Likes: Books, Grass pokemon, Keeping safe.
Dislikes: Very rude people, team Ragnarok, people who lust for power. Being in danger.
Habits: Running, Disagreeing with most people.

-History-
Family: Mother, Older brother. Late(Dead) Father.
Bio: Shawn is a boy who was raised in Damacy, he envy's his older brother for being one of the Elite 4 and wishes to defeat him in
a pokemon match. He reads at the strangest times.

RULES:
No God-Modding! Not every attack misses you, you cannot block every blow to your player.

Do not kill/injure another player's character without permission.

. Pay attention and read everything in a player's posts.

. Respect the GC's decisions in game.

. Plan ahead. If you want something specific to happen to your OWN character or with another character. Discuss it through PM or OOC comments.

. No force posting. Example: One player is "Bill" The other is "XMO" "Bill orders his snivy to use Razor leaf and it hits XMO's Tepig"
"XMO, let's trade!" Bill says, "My tepig for your snivy? Alright" XMO says.<Bills post
=XMO's post is him ranting about Bill saying lines for him. Therefor pissing him off.

. Don't forget your not superman. You cannot lift the two ton bolder to save someone.

. No pulling random items out of nowhere, you must buy an item from a pokemart or find it story wise, in your post.

. Hits in battle will be decided by a program that picks a number 1-10, if its 1-5 it misses, if its 6-10 it hits. I will do it to keep it fair.
I will check up often and will roll for every battle so no one cheats.

. Don't attack if someone does not wish to battle.

. Do not always avoid battles.
. Breaking any of the above rules will get you a PM with a warning. Next time you break a rule you will be banned from the
RP.
. Do not try to control battle, as i said above i will roll to keep it fair.
. A crit can only happen if the other trainers pokemon is weak to your pokemons type.

-Gym leaders-
Gym leaders have a small set of rules:

. Cannot refuse challenge's unless something important is happening to give a reason to refuse.
. Remember, your number speaks for your skill. 1-8 scale easy to hard.
To become a gym leader send me a PM with your gym number (1 to 8) and the pokemon type for your gym. Gym leaders make the towns they're gym is in


-Elite four-
Elite four has the same rules as the gym leaders. 1-4 rank for the elite 4. 4 being the strongest.
Send a PM about your elite 4 rank (1-4) and pokemon type.

-Team Ragnarok-

-Commanders-
there is only 3 commanders in the RP. They follow the orders of the boss(See below) they also have rules:
. Cannot refuse orders from The boss unless the commander plans to become a traitor.
. Commanders cna order grunts, but grunts cana lso become traitor (See traitor below)

-Boss-
Only 1 team Ragnarok boss. This person is very important so i wish for someone who's willing to be an evil pokemon gang leader to
be this person. Of course you have to follow these rules:
. Bosses can order anyone in team Ragnarok.
. Bosses can chose targets of other team Ragnarok members.
. Bosses may make any Commander a boss if they wish to quit the RP. This leaves a commander slot open for other people.
. Bosses may NOT be god-like. He may be the leader but he isn't a very powerful trainer.
-----
-Traitor-
Anyone may become a traitor sometime in the story. If its a trainer he/she can backstab fellow trainers and join team Ragnarok.
Gym leaders can become Traitors and work for team Ragnarok.
Grunts/Commanders may become traitors.
Rules to traitors:
. Do not go traitor for no reason at all. Give some reason.
. Traitors cannot rejoin whoever they backstabed.
. Traitors can become traitors to multiple people, but will never be welcomed back to any group.

Just a few things I thought should get cleared up in your signup.

First: Are we allowed to grab a title for gym leader, elite four, etc? You don't exactly go into much detail in the intro, but you have those listed under Occupation.

Second: Which random number generator are we using? And who is responsible. Are you going to moderate each fight, or is it in the hands of the player to report their role?

Also check out the previous Pokemon RP we've had before. It died, but it's a good place to see what sort of things work and what things don't work.
