Tutorial Fog script Options

Okay so I'm trying to use the fog script talked about in this tutorial:

The problem is, I've followed the directions for the tutorial but when I try testing out the map the fog is set to I get a message saying "Unable to find file Graphics/Pictures/mirror_down". Does this mean there's another image I need to use or something? Is it possible to obtain an easier fog script? Help is much appreciated.

That means you need to hit F10 <Resource Management> and go down to Pictures and import a picture with that name. Unfortunately I don't know what that picture does, as it's not really explained in the tutorial. I'm going to assume it's the fog effect you import, so try importing the picture the tutorial tells you to make and see what effect it has.

Okay so I imported a copy of the same fog with that name. There was no problem there, but the game would not load up the map the fog is supposed to be on. Also I get a message about line 80 in the script "@cache[path] = Bitmap.new(path)" under the load bitmap section of the spriteset map script posted in there. Can someone please help? ;-;
