I'm an amateur artist, but I love to doodle sooooo much. It's fun! Why am I posting my sketches here? To get comments and critique. You'll probably see a mixture of a bunch of styles, and boy will it vary. o.o

Looking good! Your face style is definitely noticeable in both images. =D
One thing I'd like to point out, because I do that sometimes (hehehe), is in the second image; male bodies don't normally have such wide thighs, and where that would probably work more on a female, it doesn't match too well for a male.
Just helping you out with that piece. =D
Generally, men are without any curves (unless you are looking at them from the side, where their back creates a curve) and you might consider them to be "walking measurement sticks" (unless they are meant to be drawn overweight). Women have the curves when looking at them from any side, so you can't go wrong with curvy awesomeness there.
