remember me is ticket and my browser saves history for weeks or months. i dont close the browser either so therefore it is logical to assume that some person here kicks me out for some reason.

We can't kick you out - we can ban and suspend but kicking is reserved for the IRC.

The forum logs me out every once in a while, usually when the internet is interrupted- so I just log back in again!

in that case it could be a bug on the forum. bugs should be fixed though.

Are you on a static or Dynamic IP? Some systems automatically log off users if the IP changes. I am not familiar with the inner-workings of IPB, so I am not sure if that's the case or not, but it could be a possibility.

Clearing your browser information when clearing private data (cache, cookies, etc) through your browser or third party software will cause RRR to forget your log in regardless if you checked "Remember Me".

I have dynamic IP too and a lot of sites clear my session when the IP change occurs.

I log in from multiple places. The library, the local game place, my house, and my grandma's house, and I always have to re-log in here too. It's completely normal actually.

It is possible to purge all forum cache, but I doubt that's ever been done on RRR (there's never been a need for it, lol).
My IP is not always the same either, but it's not like that is a problem. I'm not too lazy to log-in every time I want to visit, lol. (Saved username/password means you only click once anyway. So even if the forum were purged every day, it's not a big deal - at all.)
