Hey, I'm using the Lite version of Game Maker 8.1, and I'm not a huge fan of the Yoyo Games blog that shows up whenever I open the program or exit out of any menus. I looked around the menu bar, but couldn't find any option to change the default screen away from Yoyo Games. :/
Is it even possible, or do you need the full version, or...?

Thanks in advance! biggrin.gif

I have 8.0 (lite), so what I say might not work for you. Anyways, go to File > Preferences > General and you should find a check box that will disable it. For some dumb reason I can't toggle it off but you might be able to since you have a more current version. If it doesn't work, then you'll probably need the full version.

Shiny's way is the only one. But some things are disabled if you have not the standard version. I have no lite, so I don't know if it's disabled anyway.
