Gore: The Prologue [OOC/Signup], The prequel to Gore: Laisville Horror. Options

This is a prequel roleplay to my upcoming game, Gore: Laisville Horror. Basically, this shows what the characters were up to before they met at the zombie outbreak in Laisville. Berenguer, Sabrina, Codi and Robin each have a chapter and each one will differ greatly, and all MUST end with each character going to Laisville.

Storyline

The storylines here are very brief, and really they’re just for starting each chapter off.

Just for Dad

This is Berenguer’s chapter.

A militant of the British Army stationed over in Afghanistan, Berenguer and six other troops (Harry, Oliver, Shumi, Andy, George and Ashley) are given the task by Sgt. Horus Marronez to explore the poverty city of Hishkamal, fourteen miles from the Military Base in Helmand Province, of what Horus believes to be overrun with terrorists. They are provided with two cars were provided by Sgt. Horus Marronez, that last a one-way journey to the city. The six ventured on anyway, not knowing what evils were lurking there…

On the road again

This is Codi’s chapter.

Sick and tired of all the mockery and bullying Codi faces from the citizens of Laisville, Codi decides to leave home, to start a new life. Sneaking out in the night, Codi finds a town called Haven’s Creek just before the morning hit. However, to his horror, this town had been overrun by zombies, but his curiosity caused him to head in, and find out what had happened, and find the person or people responsible for it…

Characters

Berenguer's Chapter

Name: Berenguer Izyki Mizka
Gender: Male
Age: 30
Description: Berenguer is a militant in the British Army, who is stationed over in Afghanistan. He joined the army to follow in the footsteps of his father, who was High Commandant of the Catalan Army. However, his true aspiration was to become a journalist, but instead joined the army to not be shamed on by his father. Even though he isn't high up in Army ranks, he tends to boss his fellow soldiers about, and can be quite arrogant. Because of this, he isn't very popular in the army, and has made little friends.

Codi's Chapter

Name: Codi Fredrick Murray
Gender: Male
Age: 22
Description: Codi is a former member of 'The Outsiders' a looting business in Laisville, which he spent most of his childhood in. However, when he was 16, he was arrested for his actions, and sentenced to 2 years in prison. When he did come out however, and returned to his home, he was greeted by an angry mob, who were horrified of his actions, and thus hated him. He was mocked and bullied by them, which seemed to get him down. After weeks of planning, he was on the verge of committing suicide, but instead decided to run away from his problems, and fled into the night... Any crowd Codi sees, he tries to fit in with them. He always tries to be funny, and sometimes fails. However, the crowd he fits in always forgives him, on the other hand.

Sabrina's Chapter

Name: Sabrina Kelly Giordano
Gender: Female
Age: 27
Description: Sabrina is a very high up and respective member of MI6. She has handled many assignments throughout the United Kingdom, and is well known in some parts. To her friends and fellow workers, she is very calm, kind and gentle. For that reason, that is why she is highly respected. However, if you get on the wrong side of her, she can be very bitter, nasty and harsh.

Robin’s Chapter

Robin’s Chapter focuses less on the ‘zombie outbreak’ aspect. Instead, it mainly focuses on mystery; however there will still be a zombie theme to it.

Name: Robin Graham Jenson
Gender: Male
Age: 52
Description: Robin is an American Historian, born in Manhattan. He moved over to the United Kingdom in October 2001, desperate to get out of America, claiming it as a ‘death trap’. Horrified over his wife’s death in the 9/11 attacks, Robin slowly began to become insane. However, he moved to Laisville, where he received counselling, and slowly began to become sane. Around friends, Robin is very kind and gentle. Whenever he sees a troubled friend, he immediately comforts them, trying to be as empathetic as he can, therefore earning lots of respect.

(There is only one vacant slot for this Chapter, so get it whilst you can!)

Each chapter will start off with an Introduction, and you have to add to it… If you want to add some story to a certain chapter, start with ‘X’s Chapter’ (X being the character whose chapter you want to add to). All the chapter introductions will be included in the Roleplay Topic itself, which is yet to be made.

Gender: What’s your character’s gender? Male, Female… Mixed?

Background/Description: Basically this is just backstory of your character.

Rules and Requirements

When roleplaying, there are rules you must abide to. They are:
-No godmodding characters. So don’t create a character than can destroy the world, immune to damage, etc.
-Think realistically. This is based on reality, so do not include things that are just… unreal.
-Don’t control another person’s character, unless you have permission. It’ll be your fault when someone’s raging at you for using their character. However, you can take control of default main characters, control of zombies, random NPCs, etc.

You are also required the following things if you are to post (applies for everyone):
-Very good grammar. We don’t want text that we cannot understand; it’d just be annoying and confusing.
-Very good sentence structure. We’d much appreciate paragraphs than a huge chunk of text. It’s truly an eye sore to read.
-Lots of creativity. We want this to be very creative, and to attract the reader.
