Has anyone heard of WOLF RPG Editor before?
Is there an English translation?
I want to use it but I don't understand the language enough to use it.

If not would someone be willing to translate it?

I was under the impression it was a good engine for making tactical RPG's, which are sorely lacking. Am I correct or mistaken?
