GIMP is a photoshop-like program that has easy to use features such as warp, noise, and more.
It's free!

Now, using Corel Painter Essentials 4 which is an advance painting program used to immitate real life paining situations, such as brushes, chalk, canvas, grain, and so forth.

I do like this style as well.
It takes a bit more time and detail but I think it's worth it.
Hopefully the dragon doesn't look too much of a mess.

I'll try to do more action scenes like these, maybe create my own.... Or not... I'm not really that great

Would be nice to see these as cutscenes in a game

Lol, it's funny because actually game play isn't like that. XD
I'm like an advert to Runescape, making it seem great when it's really not
