I don't think harsh criticism is necessary, as I've seen artwork that is much, much worse in commercial games (recent commercial games, I might add). XD
That said, you might want to be sure the next person you draw has a discernible chin.

Nicely done, overall. I like the way the hair resembles hay. Gives it a strangely natural look. =]
