I listened to your music, and as a fellow musician and composer (Ive been in the industry writing for games for quite awhile now) I can tell you youre off to a pretty good start.
The lullaby had a decent melody, but it wasnt very memorable; the overall flow needs to be more slurred, as it sounds heavily robotic. Some bass notes in the piano make some sour chords too, so watch out for that. It sounds pretty standard for something you might hear in an j-rpg esque game though.
On the Edge is cool! The brass and timpani imo can go up a notch on the volume; they are the melody, so you want to bring that out a bit more. The snare is panned to the left, which honestly it would balance better in the middle. Percussion is instated to keep tempo, so you want the listener to be able to keep the song together. The big part around 1:40 is really nicely put together and is balanced well, good job! Very cool piece.
Reason song is WAY TOO heavy, meaning the strings are laid a tad bit too thick in my opinion. The melody is dope though, so kudos on that. The drums are well put together. Again, though the piece sounds a bit robotic. Around the middle the guitar sounds way too muddy, id drop the volume on that a bit if I were you until the end of the solo. Cool piece though, but it tends to get a tad annoying in some parts and a bit repetitive.
Sorry I didnt check all of them out, but you have a good foundation of musical composition. Keep at it and youll get really great and even better than you are now! Please post more when you have time to share with the community!

The way my band shows eachother our stuff is by writing it on a program (I used Reason hence the name "Reason Song" xD) That one I did not have the intent of sounding good. It was just supposed to get the point acroos to mah band. But as I said hat wasn't supposed to stay up, so down it goes. For the lullaby, I'm aware some of the chords weren't exactly the prettiest, I'll go back and look at it but thats pretty much how I wanted the piece to sound like. As for the roboticness, it was played by a program so that may have something to do with it. But again, I'll look at it. Same goes for your critiques on On The Edge. Thank you very much for your feedback

Lullaby bored the hell out of me. It needs more prominent dynamics, and a way less robotic feel. It has potential, but for now, I find it really boring. On the edge was fairly sick though, I like what you did with the strings, although it's a tad cliche Overall not bad, you're off to a good start, just keep working on it, and you'll be like, Jesus or something, someday.

As a fellow musician as well I must say that your stuff is really good man, a very good start if you're looking to get into full Orchestral type stuff. One piece that really caught my attention was Dark March. I love that melody. It actually has many different drections you can take. That one base melody is really sick to me. In a Battle of the Beasts I can tell the direction you were going for in that and the patterns you made for that piece is incredible. However, there were parts where I would turn the volume down on some of the instruments. If you have a lot of instruments playing at once with high velocity then the piece can get kind of crowded and people wouldnt know what they were really listening to or what they were trying to hear. On the Edge is awesome. As I said with BotB the patterns are gorgeous. We should collab sometime. I deal with Orchestral type stuff. Stuff you would hear if you watch movies like the Lord of the Rings along those sort of lines. Lets bring our music styles together and make something epic

Its nice to finally get feedback on that one BotB does need editing volume wise, I noticed after listening later last night. I was in a rush to get it up and the eventing in FL Studio is something I'm not completely used to yet since I just downloaded it yesterday xD So the result was eh. But that will be fixed. And On the Edge seems to be quite popular (wityh the people that care too loook anyway xD) Hoozah I'd love to collab with you sometime though. I love the music in LOTR (we played an arrangement of music from the second one in band/ Loved it ), so if you make epicness like that I'd love to work with you

Alright cool.
I guess the first thing we need to do is decide on what type of theme we want to make exactly. Sad, dark, chirpy, happy etc. I'm always down with epic dark pieces.
After we decide, one of us has to start the piece off and let the other know what type of instruments were used and that sort of thing. Doesnt matter to me who starts off though.
I would recommend we both finish a section first before transitioning to another, that way, we can have a pretty good understanding of the direction we are going. Whoever starts off breaks each track of instrument and send it to the other person, that person upload them to their software and begins to add his touch to them and then we can just go back and forth like that until the piece is finished.
I have the collab program that came with FL Studio, it would've made things a lot easier where we could work on the piece in real-time but my internet is screwed so I have to go between my computer and my sisters =/

Aight sounds good On a different note, I just put up a new piece. It will be the theme for the character Urnkat (as the title implies). Urnkat is shady, deceitful, and pretty much a bad ass. If you want more of a description on him, check out my games topic. Either way, I hope this is a good addition to the set And yes, I'm aware the end is very abrupt, its for looping purposes lol

Hey man. I finished the first section. I wasn't sure how to send you each track individually so I hope you can work with this one. All that is playing are (The strings are in C6): Timpani Rolls Slow Strings French Horn Swells Choir When you hear the choir come in, Oh_Oh, Oh...right after that part I definately left some room in there for you. You can add anything you want anywhere in the section, just letting you know I've only included the swells after the choir. mrguycollabsection1
