Anyway, that guy is a legend, and for a comparison like that to be made... bacon is certainly doing an excellent job, yes?
One day bacon will be just as legendary, and we'll all be like "please give me your autograph" and he'll be all like "no thanks, I'd rather keep it and sell it on eBay". XD

I love the octopus one! Especially with it having the ship already pulled under with it~ The painting is amazing too! If that's your entry, it looks like it could be a winner!
As for the creature, I have to idea what it is, but it is cute in an odd way It could definitely to some "nom-noms". Are you going to colour it?
The detailing on the lady with the headress is nice too, making it stand out~

ive been drawing on paper of late
i took some pictures and they didnt turn out bad so here

I always love the way you do the faces. Also... eyes! =D

A few mentions:
This cactus image looks great, but I don't think that the thorns would all be facing downward (they usually face directly out or upward due to the way they grow), but it really is a nice picture of a cactus. =]

I really don't know what this is (a world in a cave?), but it really looks interesting; almost like something out of a dream of some sort. I can't be sure that it's above water, but that's what I think it appears to be (hanging over water in a cave-like entrance/exit). Pretty cool.

This one looks like a rock formation similar to the one in the image I mentioned above, and is absolutely amazing! I love rocks and this one is quite detailed.

And then this one appears to be some sort of bamboo or wood stalks that were cut; either way it's beautiful and the clouds are very unique (almost Arabian in style) and brilliant! =D

And yeah the cactus is pretty eh but it was my first cactus. Next time the needles will be better. I just wanted to do something rough and new

The World in a Cave is just a city in a glass dome in a rock arch above water x:

At least my rocky mountain looks like a rocky mountain. That was my first time seriously attempting rocks and mountains ~

And idk what the log one is i just like logs and clouds i guess x;

Wow, that's a lot of first-time drawing you've done there, and they came out so well.

I would love to see more of these new ideas! It's great to expand your art into new territory, and you seem to do it quite well.

It looks like a place I have been to before, just with a Posterize filter on it from Photoshop, though that's not what you did here, lol.
This is very cool because it wasn't done with filters; very cool. ^^
