Bacon Art, Oh dear~ Options

Well, I critique people in art but I really can't do art either. x:
Someone suggested me to post some stuff so I will but please bear with me because it really isnt very good.

I am practicing doing some basic realism and proportion but let me tell you its super hard stuff x:

In terms of what I actually draw its mostly monsters concepts and scenes/murals. I mostly practice porportion stuff on paper but again its not really good so oh dear.

Please be super hard and informative with me i really want to improve like super bad in terms of proportion and perspective and stuff.
